Why we exist
Project cost reports often look tidy until someone traces a single payment certificate back through variations, retention, and reallocation journals. Clouddatasuite was formed to give owners and finance committees that trail — independently, and in language boards can act on.
We are based in Central at Man Yee Building and work across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories when fieldwork requires it.
How we work
Every engagement has a named lead who stays with the file from scoping call to final report. We prefer source documents over summary extracts. Findings are written with references a cost controller can verify the same afternoon.
We do not sell continuous monitoring retainers or replace your quantity surveyor. Our role is cost audit and related expenditure review — clear boundaries, clear deliverables.
People
Our team combines audit-trained professionals with experience reading construction and fit-out cost reports, facilities programmes, and multi-vendor operational projects. Assignments are staffed to match the project’s industry, not a generic checklist.

Relationship with clients
Most instructions come from CFOs, financial controllers, and project sponsors who already sense that something in the cost report needs pressure-testing. We are comfortable working alongside internal audit and external statutory auditors without duplicating their mandates.
