Pricing for project cost audit management is quote-based. The ranges below help you plan; we confirm a fixed fee in the engagement letter after a short scoping call.
Full engagement — budgets roughly HK$15m–HK$80m
Multi-phase or multi-contract programmes above HK$80m
Per claim package, based on line-item volume
Agreed sample size, typically 25–60 items
What moves the fee
- Number of contracts and payment applications
- Completeness of the variation register
- Whether fieldwork is on one site or several
- Rush timelines (reports needed inside three weeks)
- Translation or bilingual reporting requirements
Deposits and billing
A 40% deposit confirms the fieldwork window. The balance is invoiced on delivery of the draft report. Claim reviews under HK$40,000 may be billed in a single invoice on completion.
What we do not price this way
We do not offer monthly software-style subscriptions or “unlimited” audit hours. If your need is continuous cost control support, we will say so and decline rather than stretch a cost audit engagement into something else.
