Purpose

When a contractor submits a variation or claim package, this engagement checks arithmetic, supporting evidence, and consistency with the contract’s pricing rules — before the sum enters the approved cost report.

Scope

We examine submitted claim narratives, rate build-ups, daywork sheets, and related correspondence. The output is a concise review memo listing accepted figures, contested items, and questions for commercial discussion.

Suitable when

You need a second opinion on a single large claim, a batch of variations ahead of a steering-group meeting, or a sanity check before settlement talks.

Fee and timing

Priced per package based on page volume and number of line items. Most reviews complete within one to three weeks from receipt of a complete claim file.
